6.3 While we strive to keep our stock information accurate, there may be instances where an item is unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you to provide a full refund for that item.

7.2 Full payment must be made in advance using the methods provided on our payment page.
7.3 Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery method selected during checkout. Please note that customs or import duties may apply to international orders, and these are your responsibility.
7.4 In case of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct price. You may choose to proceed with the order at the adjusted price or cancel the order for a full refund.
8. Discount Codes

9. Delivery

9.3 In the event of a failed delivery attempt, you are responsible for arranging re-delivery. Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed customs/import payments may incur additional fees.
9.4 If items are returned to us due to incorrect address or unpaid customs, you will be responsible for any costs related to re-delivery or handling.
10. Ownership of Goods
10.1 You become the legal owner of the goods once we have received payment in full and delivery is completed.
11. Consumer Right to Cancel ("Cooling Off")
11.1 If you are a Consumer in the EEA, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. This right does not apply to certain goods (e.g., perishable items or hygiene products that are unsealed).
11.2 To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day period. You will be responsible for returning the items, and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 We do not accept liability for any indirect losses or damages, except where prohibited by law. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item and does not extend to business-related losses.
12.2 For Consumers, we are not responsible for losses or damages that are unforeseeable or that arise from a failure to comply with these terms, provided that we have taken reasonable care in providing the goods.
