1. Have all of your dogs been vaccinated?

Yes, it is a condition that if we are mixing dogs together that they are all up to date with their vaccinations. We will take pets which have not been vaccinated, because they are too young for instance, but these would only be looked after on their own.

2. Can I call you at the last minute to help out?

Yes, we are available 24/7 and will accommodate any request you may have to the best of our ability. Obviously the more notice you provide, the more chance there would be of us being able to fulfil your requirements.

3. Are you properly covered on insurance?

4. Will you take my dog on his regular walk?

Should your dog have a regular walk we would endeavour to continue this as it reduces the stress the dog suffers and provides the opportunity for your pet to be let off lead to enjoy the maximum exercise. No dogs are allowed off lead unless written permission is obtained from the owner.

5. How do I proceed?

We provide a FREE VISIT to our home or your home to allow us to meet each other and your pet. We would then discuss the services you require, quote the prices and complete an order form to secure the service. A deposit is required for dog boarding services which is 25% of the total cost. For other services, you would pay 1 week in advance and we would both have a rolling 1 week contract which can be cancelled at anytime by either party. One week allows alternative arrangements to be made in the event that either party wishes to cancel for whatever reason.

6. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cheques or postal orders. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards.
